Dear Heavenly Father,
I want to lift up all of my brothers and sisters to you throughout the world who are suffering greatly and risking everything because they KNOW that you are worth their everything. You said that “Blessed are the persecuted for Your sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.” And we know this is true. My prayer, Heavenly Father, is that you will continually remind them of that; that You will pour out your love, Your peace, Your mercy, Your power and Your strength, and bring each and every one of them to their final victory in Christ Jesus. I pray that though they suffer, they will rejoice in You. Increase their faith, Dear Lord, and may their witness and their testimony be a beacon of Your light that will bring others, even their persecutors, to a saving knowledge of Jesus. I pray for your abundant, supernatural provision that is above and beyond whatever they could possibly hope or even ask for, and that Your church and their communities will be rebuilt and strengthened for all of the world to see. Lord, we KNOW that the gates of hell will not prevail against your church, and that You will continue to build it, especially as the powers of darkness fight against it. And it will prevail, for the victory in Christ has already been won.
Lord, may you be glorified throughout the earth, for in great darkness shines a far greater light. I pray that this hope and assurance will be in the heart of every believer who bares witness to Your Name while forsaking all else.
I pray, Heavenly Father, that you will raise up workers who are prepared to help bring in the harvest you have raised for your kingdom.
I also pray that you will imprint it on the heart of every believer to stand in the gap, in consistent and fervent prayer for our brothers and sisters in Christ who bare a great witness for the rest of us.
Help us to pray, Father, according to Your will on their behalf. Give us the ability to care about those we do not see, but who’s hearts we cannot match.
I pray that you will lift the veil of blindness from the muslim community, that they, too, by the power of the Holy Spirit, come to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior.
I ask all of this in Jesus’ precious, holy Name.
Maranatha, Lord Jesus! Maranatha!
