Below, we share a list of troubleshooting tips that usually resolve most issues:

The Prayer App isn’t functioning. I don’t see new requests; or requests that come through are glitching in some way.

Solution 1: Check your App Updates section on your mobile device to make sure that have installed any available updates for the app. Here’s how:

I am not seeing any prayer posts when I am in the app.

Solution: We recommend you close the app and then log back into it. If this does not resolve your issue, you may consider deleting the app and downloading it again; updating the app; or updating your operating system–all of which are outlined above.

I am not sure how Facebook sharing works on the app.

Solution: While the content of each specific post does not currently share to social media, it is possible to click Share to invite friends to download the app. We’d love it if you write a short note in your post describing how this specific prayer request has inspired or challenged you!

I am not sure how sharing via Twitter works.

Solution: When you click Share to Twitter, the Prayer App automatically copies the prayer request to your Twitter page. But the text will likely be too long to include the whole post, so we recommend describing in your own words how the prayer request inspired or challenged you.
