Getting organized

We have a helpful guide called “Planning Your Legacy” that includes these and other important tips for you as you begin to discuss the details of leaving a powerful legacy:

– List all your personal assets and real property, along with where documents can be found and account numbers

– Write the names of your executor or trustee; address/phone

– Write the name of your Power of Attorney (POA) for finances and health care decisions

– Write names of your beneficiaries and addresses. What percentages or fixed amounts are they to receive?
