Valentin*, a Central Asian Christian who suffers from epilepsy, currently is going through harassment for his faith from his family. His younger brother and daughter-in-law forbids him from praying at home.
Last week, Valentin was beaten so badly that he had to save his life by escaping from the house in the middle of the night wearing his socks and underwear. He ran away and found shelter in a facility. His mother, who is engaged in witchcraft and divination, is threatening to throw Valentin into a psychiatric hospital if he does not refute his faith in Christ.
Valentin is standing strong while enduring persecution from his family. He recently said: “In case they will try to kill me, I will never refuse my faith in my Lord Jesus Christ…never!”
Pray for brother Valentin and God’s protection from the wrath of his relatives. Pray for the members of his family that they will repent and turn to Christ.
