Djibouti Refugees Cannot Find Peace

June 19, 2015 by Open Doors in Africa

Those who flee to Djibouti from other countries due to persecution will still find persecution here. Often these believers are weary from the persecution they have had to flee. Native believers face varying degrees of persecution for their faith, especially those who come from a Muslim background.

Christians in Djibouti are in great need of our prayers.

“When you share our stories and ask others to pray for us, you are uniting the Body of Christ,” shared one persecuted believer. “We know that we are not forgotten about, even if we are persecuted.”

Open Doors, in partnership with the local church, is seeking to equip Christians in Djibouti.

Thank you for praying for believers in Djibouti and around the world!

Join others in praying.
